Service Agreement

AntOnaf.com has the extreme right to reject or deny any level of service at any time, thus forfeiting any payment for such services.


GUARANTEES. AntOnaf.com, its staff, its possessors, its officers, its partners, and/or its third-party associates make no claims or guarantees for ranking, traffic, visibility, leads, or sales. AntOnaf.com only provides a service and effort but cannot make any claims or guarantees for any level of service. AntOnaf.com makes the promise that we will provide our best effort to increase performance, but has no control or power over any of the search engines or Internet properties, therefore AntOnaf.com does not make any claims or guarantees for ranking, traffic, visibility, leads, and/or sales.



YOU agree not to hold AntOnaf.com, its staff, its possessors, its officers, its partners, and/or third-party associates liable for any level of service or results this includes but not limited to faulty hardware or software, ranking, traffic, visibility, leads, sales, data tracking, etc..



SERVICES. AntOnaf.com agree to complete all the project task of the work order as long as term & conditions are met and there are no issues which affect our progress, including but not limited to payment is made, balance is up to date, any needed materials are received, any required electronic data is received (such as usernames and passwords), any required access is granted (such as firewall access or FTP access), any special instructions are executed, no errors exists, etc..



ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION & DATA. You agree to receive electronic communication from AntOnaf.com regarding the project(s) and our services.  If you are registered to receive our newsletter, mail, or other content and media then you agree to receive communication from AntOnaf.com and/or its third-party advertisers and associates.  AntOnaf.com will never sell, rent, or share your email addresses or other personal information -- all communication will come from AntOnaf.com secured servers and equipment.



REFUNDS. Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of sending payment. Any monies refunded will be less the processing fees and subject to third-party refund policy, such as PayPal. If a refund is not requested within 24 hours of sending payment then AntOnaf.com does NOT not provide any refunds for any level of service or any level of results. Since the bulk of the money rendered for services is used for the marketing budget it is impossible for AntOnaf.com to provide any refunds since the money will likely be depleted by utilizing paid advertising, paid services, paid materials, paid consultants, and other paid marketing methods. You agree and understand that the money invested in AntOnaf.com services is paid for effort and not results, therefore refunds are not conditional.

 

PAYMENTS. Payments are expected to arrive as scheduled. Payments are expected to arrive within 24 hours of the scheduled date. If payment has not arrived as scheduled then you are in violation of this agreement and services will halt until full payment is made or services may be subject to cancellation. If payment has not arrived as scheduled then AntOnaf.com has the right to cancel services and deny future services. If a payment schedule does not exist then it is expected that payment is made in full at the start of the project or a month-to-month schedule blindly exist. If no payment schedule exist for a recurring payment, then the payment is to be made at the start of the project and every 30 days thereafter for the life of the project.

CANCELLATIONS. Either party may cancel or terminate any services at any time. All due payments will be due at the time of cancellation. If cancellation or termination takes place in the progress of an project then all project activity will cease at time of cancellation. Under no circumstances will you be issued a refund of any monies for cancellations. If a written contract exist then both parties are subject to the cancellation agreement of the written contract and therefore this service agreement is voided and overridden by the written contract.

ACCEPTANCE & EXPIRATION. If no written contract exist then this agreement is officially bonded upon digital acceptance via email. If no written contract exist then this agreement goes into effect immediately after payment has been made or when project activity begins. Acceptance of this agreement expires within 45 days of your official quoted rate unless noted otherwise by AntOnaf.com
