NO GUARANTEES. AntOnaf.com, its staff, its possessors, its officers, its
partners, and/or its third-party associates make NO claims and NO guarantees for
ranking, traffic, visibility, branding, performance, leads, or sales.
AntOnaf.com only provides a service therefore cannot make any claims or any
guarantees for any level of service. You understand AntOnaf.com has no control
or power over any of the search engines or Internet, therefore AntOnaf.com does
not make any claims or any guarantees for website ranking, traffic, visibility,
branding, performance, leads, and/or sales.
YOU agree not to hold AntOnaf.com, its staff, its possessors, its officers, its
partners, and/or third-party associates liable or accountable for any level of
service or results this includes but not limited to faulty hardware or software,
human errors, website banning, website ranking, traffic, visibility, branding,
performance, leads, sales, data tracking, etc..
YOU agree and understand that the services provided are billed for effort,
labor, and consultation --- not performance or results, unless a separate
performance-based contract exist
SERVICES. YOU agree and understand for AntOnaf.com to successfully
complete the project certain terms & conditions must be met and no issues must
exist which affect our progress, including but not limited to payment is made,
balance is up to date, any needed materials are received, any required data is
received (such as correct usernames and passwords), any required access is
granted (such as firewall access or FTP access), any special instructions are
executed, no errors exists, etc.
As an independent contractor, AntOnaf.com reserves the explicit right to execute its services and task in whichever manner we deem responsible and appropriate without any consultation or notification to any party. YOU agree to give AntOnaf.com explicit permission to execute our services at our discretion. This includes services which contain special or specific instructions.
As an independent contractor, AntOnaf.com reserves the explicit right to
execute its services and task in whichever time schedule we deem appropriate and
convenient. YOU agree to give AntOnaf.com explicit permission to execute our
services at whichever time schedule of our discretion as long as we adhere to
the project deadline (if applicable) . This includes services which contain
special or specific time constraints, excluding project deadlines (if
applicable).
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION, POSTAL MAIL, TELEPHONE, & DATA. YOU agree to
receive electronic, postal, and/or telephonic communication from AntOnaf.com
regarding the project(s) and our services.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS & MATERIALS. YOU agree to receive electronic, postal, and/or telephonic marketing communication and materials which relate to AntOnaf.com.
NEWSLETTER & THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING. If YOU have subscribed to our
newsletter then YOU agree to accept third-party advertisements. AntOnaf.com
will never sell, rent, or share your email addresses or other personal
information.
REFUNDS. Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of sending payment.
Any monies refunded will be less the processing fees and subject to third-party
refund policy, such as PayPal. If a refund is not requested within 24 hours of
sending payment then AntOnaf.com does NOT provide any refunds for any level of
service or any level of results. Since the bulk of the money rendered for
services is used for the marketing budget it is impossible for AntOnaf.com to
provide any refunds since the money will likely be depleted by utilizing paid
advertising, paid services, paid materials, paid consultants, and other paid
marketing methods. YOU agree and understand that the money invested in
AntOnaf.com services is paid for effort, labor, and consultation --- not
performance or results, therefore refunds are not conditional.
In ADDITION
Refunds are granted in special situations, such as
- accidental payment is made (no service contract or agreement exist between
parties and payment is accidentally sent to AntOnaf.com)
- accidental over payment is made (service contract or agreement does exist
between parties and payment rendered was accidentally overpaid to AntOnaf.com)
Habitual offenders of accidental actions may be subject to surcharges.
In cases where a refund is the reasonable approach but the option or resources do not exist for a financial refund to occur then AntOnaf.com agrees to offer credit for its services in return. YOU agree and understand AntOnaf.com will constitute what is the "reasonable approach" without any approval from or notification to any party.
PAYMENTS. Payments are expected to arrive as scheduled. Payments are expected to arrive within 24 hours of the scheduled due date. If payment has not arrived on the scheduled due date then services will halt until full payment is made and YOU will be granted a 72 hour grace period to make payment. If YOU fail to make payment within 72 hours then this agreement is in violation and AntOnaf.com has the right to cancel services and/or deny future services.
If a payment schedule does not exist then it is expected that payment is made in full at the start of the project. If no payment schedule exist for a recurring payment, then the payment is to be made at the start of the project and every 30 days thereafter for the life of the project.
CANCELLATIONS. Either party may cancel or terminate any services at
any time. All due payments will be due at the time of cancellation. If
cancellation or termination takes place in the progress of an project then all
project activity will cease at time of cancellation. Under no circumstances will
YOU be issued a refund of any monies for cancellations. If a written contract
exist then both parties are subject to the cancellation agreement of the written
contract and therefore this service agreement is voided and overridden by the
written contract.
CONSULTATION. For parties with current active campaigns AntOnaf.com
provides one free U.S. phone call per month for a duration of one hour or less
and free unlimited email consultation. Face to face consultation may be subject
to travel fees and expenses. Charges may also apply for phone and/or email
consultation which exceeds an reasonable amount of consultation and/or becomes a
nuisance. For parties without an active campaign please inquire within for
consultation rates.
As an independent contractor, AntOnaf.com is not required to provide free
consultation, routine or timely consultation. AntOnaf.com reserves the explicit
right to cancel or deny any consultation at its own discretion without
notification to any party. YOU agree and understand that AntOnaf.com has the
explicit right to charge and require payment for consultation prior to answering
questions or providing services.
Inquire within for AntOnaf.com face to face consultation. AntOnaf.com has
the right to charge for such consultation. Both parties have the explicit right
to deny or cancel consultation for any reason without explanation or
notification to any party. In the event cancellation occurs from YOU then any
travel fees will be refunded as long as no travel occurred but YOU may be
subject to cancellation fees. In the event cancellation occurs from AntOnaf.com
then we will refund any travel fees and upfront fees if a rescheduled date or
another arrangement doesn't exist.
ACCEPTANCE & EXPIRATION. If no written contract exist then this agreement
is officially bonded upon either digital acceptance (Internet, i.e. email),
verbal agreement (phone or in-person), or start of project. If no written
contract exist then this agreement goes into effect immediately after payment
has been made or when project activity begins. Acceptance of this agreement
expires within 45 days of your official quoted rate unless noted otherwise by
AntOnaf.com
YOU agree and understand this agreement in its entirety. YOU agree and understand it is your responsibility to keep up to date with this agreement, by checking back here periodically or before each project start. If this agreement changes during which time a current agreement exist between parties, then the current existing agreement will remain in place until the project end or agreement terminates.
YOU agree and understand this agreement is voided if a written signed agreement exist between both parties.
